Cancel an order

To cancel your order please send an email to customer.care@phonesdirect.com, quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling.

Orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Please note: You do not have the right to cancel an order where we have informed you that we are buying goods exclusively for you.


Returning faulty or damaged goods

If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within 14 days, you can return them to phonesdirect.com for a repair or replacement . This is dependent on the manufactures process.

After 14 days you must contact the manufacture directly

Please send your returned items in by post only when you have received an Returns Confirmation Number from phonesdirect.com. Failure to do so will result in your package not being accepted.

We strongly advise you to use a secure signed for service, for example Courier Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery.


Returning unwanted or none faulty goods

Your order may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date your receive your order as long as it remains in a saleable condition with all original accessories and packaging. We will only refund the price of the item after we have inspected the goods and confirmed the condition of the goods as appropriate for refund.

Unfortunately we cannot accept software or devices containing software where the seal has been broken or the software has been registered. If any device containing software that has been opened, used or registered are returned, a minimum 25% fee will apply to compensate for the loss of software element of the goods in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Request a copy invoice

If you require a copy invoice, please email us with your original order number to customer.care@phonesdirect.com We will then reply with your invoice attached.
